Candy AI Chatbot Review

Candy AI Chatbot is simply an AI companion platform for chatting with virtual personalities built with a sense of, well, more intimacy than usual chatbots (like, “How’s the weather?” isn’t the extent of it.) The idea is emotional connection, roleplay, flirting, and a sense of control over the interaction.

Is the NSFW element present? Sure. Is it overwhelming, random and out of nowhere? No. You set the pace. Upon landing on the site, you see what you can consider a character gallery: pick a person, hit enter and you’re chatting! That’s all.

Candy AI Chatbot: Detailed user guide

The basic idea of how it works is the following:

• Pick a Character
• Start chatting
• Create an account

This is how our user flow goes. You can just browse and chat and when you decide you want to create an account to continue, you do so. This is so that we aren’t forcing you to do it immediately but just give you a sneak peek of what it’s about first.

Step 1: Pick a Character

This is a screen you’ll see first, that is, character browsing page. You pick who you want to have a conversation with there.

You’ll see some tabs of characters categorized under

As you can see, since Anime is chosen, this is where characters with an Anime style will appear. Underneath the tabs is a banner image followed by: Jump into LIVE ACTION This is where the featured card appears. The character featured is Nari, 20. This card has a small LIVE indicator, as well as a purple Play with me button.

Featured Character Card

The featured card is crucial because you do not have to scroll through the entire library to begin chatting with someone. The card shows:

• Character image
• Character name, Nari
• Age, 20
• LIVE badge
• Play with me button

If you want to get started, just click Play with me.

Explore AI Anime Characters Section

Under the featured card is a section called: Explore AI Anime Characters. This section has a search bar, as well as filters.

Search Bar

In the search bar, you can search for a character that matches a specific type. This saves you some time if you know exactly what kind of companion you are looking for.

Filter Buttons

Among the visible filters are:

• All
• Big Boobs
• Milf
• Fantasy

The filters enable you to narrow down your character search based on various criteria like type, style, or look. Filters can be really useful if you are dealing with a large number of characters as you do not want to scroll through the same characters over and over again.

How To Do the First Step

1. Click on a tab like Anime, Girls or Guys.
2. Browse through the character cards that appear.
3. Type what you’re looking for in the search box.
4. Use the filters to limit the results.
5. Select a character who catches your attention.
6. Select Play with me.

You get to pick the character who will influence the conversation, so you’ll want to take a look at what matches your mood.

Step 2: Start Chatting Once You Open the Chat

Once you select Play with me, the chat window pops up, and you begin chatting with your AI girlfriend.

Here are the two main parts of the Chat Screen:

The character chosen is displayed in the image area, so the dialogue feels more character-driven rather than a text wall.

Main Character Display

On the left is the:

• Character name (Nari)
• Avatar/character name
• Close button
• Speaker icon

Close Button

It allows you to close the chat window.

Speaker Icon

The speaker icon might be for audio/voice, it could be that you can turn it on or off to hear sound.

Chat Input Area

It says the message area where you can input your message:

Ask Anything

Below there is suggested:

“Hey, how are you?”

You could use this if you’re stuck on what to say. If you don’t feel like typing anything you can also just click the suggestion.

Starting the Conversation

No need to try and type something fancy to start the conversation.

Examples:

How the chatbot responds is determined by what you enter, so if you just enter plain messages, that’s all it will return in response. If you add flavor to what you enter, the return messages can be much more flavorful.

Live Action Panel

On the right-hand side of the main chat window, there is the Live Action panel, which contains

• “+10 Spicy Actions” Sign Up

So, the chatbot interface is a little more of a gamified experience and a little less of an everyday chat interface.

Level and XP

The Level 1 and 0 / 35 XP section implies some type of gamification of the platform, whereby interaction earns you a certain amount of XP that might then be used to unlock additional features.

Suggested Actions

The panel also suggests some types of actions that you can perform with the character:

The “+10 Spicy Actions” box shows that there are some actions available on the platform, requiring the user to register and gain additional abilities.

How to do step 2

1. Read the character screen.
2. Click the Ask Anything input box.
3. Type a message.
4. Or if you want a fast start, take the suggested reply.
5. Keep chatting.
6. Look for additional options to interact in the Live Action panel.

The basic chat is quick to get started, though it seems more advanced features are available only for registered users.

Step 3: Make an account

Once you have used the chatbot, the site displays an account creation screen. This is where you can register so your interactions and decisions get recorded.

What’s on the Account creation screen? This screen is split into two parts:

At the top of the form, you see the text:

Below this is the following:

1. E-mail Here you can type your e-mail.
2. Password Here you can create a password. You notice that it says below:

Minimum 6 characters

This indicates you have to make your password at least 6 characters long.

Below the previous text you see:

This is a large button that you are supposed to hit when you have filled in your e-mail and made a password.

Social Login

Below this, you can continue with:

Google, Discord or X

These options are faster than having to fill out your e-mail and password.

Terms of Service Notification

You’ll see some fine print that reads something to the effect of “by signing up for an account, I agree to their Terms of Service” below the social buttons.

Sign In

Already have an account? Sign in. Use this option if you have already registered.

How to Complete Step 3

1. Enter an email address.
2. Enter a password (6 or more characters).
3. Click Create Free Account OR, for quicker access Click Google, Discord, or X.
4. Complete the login process.
5. Return back to the chatbot.

Your selections will be preserved as long as the account is successfully set up. Once done, you can return to chatting!
